It does not include hundreds of balls, except for four original balls engraved in Japanese that were inside the machine. 
 
Wooden Case is in fair condition.
 
Plastic/acrylic Cover is in fair condition, no cracks, only minor scuffs, Not the original cover to the machine, please see pictures.
 
I did not see where a power cord to this machine was located so the machine was not tested for functionality.
 
Measures;  32"tall x 20 1/4"wide x 7"deep. 
 
Local pick up only for this item or I can deliver it to a UPS and you arrange packing and shipping.
