I believe this is an early lithograph, The image is a "Pensive child". 

Signed in pencil by Chuck Jones.

Don't know much about it and I couldn't find information on the web about the image, if someone out there knows more about it and would like to share information, I will really appreciate.

Nice wooden frame, no scratches on glass.

Sketch Measures; 9 1/4" inches tall x 6" wide.

 Frame Measures; 13 3/4" tall x 10 1/4" wide.
